The Child Care Licensing Facility Compliance Search website is a tool to help families in making informed child care choices. It can be used to review the compliance history of a current child care provider.

The Facility Inspections Results allow you to:

• View the results of the facility's inspections or surveys
• See any violations a provider has received at the time of the inspection.
• See the total regulations reviewed and the total violations at each inspection.
• Check the violation history for the past three years.

Violations are listed by statute, Kansas Statutes Annotated (KSA); or regulation number, Kansas Administrative Regulations (KAR)

Please note: All regulations were reviewed. Only those regulations that were found to be in noncompliance will show on the inspections results. Regulations that were in compliance at the time of the survey will not be listed.
